Prices for our products are by default quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the currency of Malaysia. You may also select your preferred Currency via the currency tool at the top menu bar of our website at any time. We endeavour to keep our currency conversions up to date to provide you the best quote at any given time. Yes we endeavour to provide you actual product images whenever we can. All pictures used to represent each Mazda RX8 product range are manufactured by Carboninmotion.com. We know that you would appreciate a company that shows you the actual product to ensure that you know exactly the details of your purchase.

Our non-Carbon Fiber body kits are manufactured either as Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or Poly-Urethane (PUR), or Poly-Propylene (PP) or Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS). Do refer to each product description to know the material construction of the particular product. Do note that these body kits will require prepping, sanding, shaving prior to painting. We HIGHLY recommend that the body kits are installed and painted by a professional body shop with fiber glass experience. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered for the merchandise only. Shipping costs for returned products are at your own expense. Do email us at “shop@carboninmotion.com” regarding fitment issues for each body kit application.

All Carboninmotion products are test fitted prior to assembly to your car to ensure that the painter gets it to perfection.

Look out within the Product pages for the ride fitment guide. For example, Mazda RX8 products will have have indication of the product fitment for either Pre-FL (fitment for RX8’s from 2003-2007) and FL (fitment for the face lifted RX8 from 2008 onwards).

Due to the flexible nature of carbon fiber, to obtain a shape of any sort requires the support of fiberglass to construct the base shape.

In an unlikely case that you have ordered, paid for, or are not satisfied with Carboninmotion product please give us a call or email and state the reason within 7 days after you receive the item(s), and submit a Return enquiry to us via <a href="http://carboninmotion.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert">RETURNS</a>&nbsp;under Customer Service section of this website. A 15% Re-Stocking Fee applies to all cancellations and/or return item(s), no refund on Shipping Fee, buyer pays for all return shipping fee. Item(s) can ONLY be returned if they are unused, uninstalled, unpainted, and in its original state (NEW) when you receive it, NO EXCEPTION (this includes the packaging box)!!! Any returned item without an official Carboninmotion Return receipt AND its original Invoice will not be accepted.

It is good practice to inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the shipper/freight forwarder. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected to be in good order. In the event damage has occurred, quickly note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the freight forwarder. If you notated all damages on the delivery receipt (which you should), then you can file a claim with the freight forwarder. Also do keep us in the loop via email to “shop@carboninmotion.com”.
